The rights referred to in this article are the total and exclusive property of Fluidine S.r.l. and their communication or use in the context of these general conditions of sale does not create, in relation to them, any right or claim by the Customer. The Customer undertakes not to perform any act incompatible with the ownership of these rights.
Fluidine S.r.l. is legally domiciled at his office. The Conditions of Sale and each individual Sale will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law with the exclusion of the 1980 Vienna Convention on contracts for the international sale of movable property. All disputes arising from or connected to these general conditions of sale will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Arezzo.
