Shipping policy
Fluidine S.r.l. it will deliver the ex-works products to its plants, as this term is defined in the INCOTERMS 2010 published by the International Chamber of Commerce in their most up-to-date version, in force at the time of delivery. If requested, Fluidine S.r.l. will take care of the transportation of the products at risk, costs and expenses of the Customer. The transport will always be at the expense and risk of the customer. In the case in which to Fluidine S.r.l. you are asked to take care of the transport of the products, Fluidine S.r.l. will choose the means of transport that will be deemed most appropriate in the absence of specific instructions from the Customer
Fluidine S.r.l. will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery attributable to circumstances beyond its control, such as merely illustrative and without pretension of exhaustiveness: inadequate technical data or inaccuracies or delays of the Customer in the transmission to Fluidine S.r.l. of information or data necessary for the shipment of the Products; partial or total strikes, lack of electricity, natural disasters, measures imposed by public authorities, difficulties in transport, force majeure, unrest, terrorist attacks and all other causes of force majeure; delays by the shipper. The occurrence of some of the events listed above will not entitle the Customer to claim compensation for any damages or indemnities of any kind.
