The client, navigating in this area, accesses the site owned by Fluidine S.r.l., based in Sesta Strada di Poggilupi n. 225 / D Terranuova Bracciolini (AR). The browsing and transmission of a purchase order on the site implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale and protection of personal data.
Before accessing the products supplied by the site, the customer is required to read these general conditions of sale, which are understood completely and unequivocally accepted at the time of the order and purchase request.

The contract stipulated between Fluidine S.r.l. and the Customer must be considered concluded when the order submitted by the Customer - in compliance with the purchase procedure indicated on the site, reaches the address of the site. The order sent by the Customer will be binding for Fluidine S.r.l. only if the entire purchase procedure has been completed correctly and correctly, without any indication of error messages from the site

The receipt of the purchase order will be confirmed by Fluidine S.r.l. by e-mail communication, sent to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer when ordering. The confirmation communication will include the identification number of the product ordered, the date and time of order, price, delivery costs and any mark, as well as the data provided by the customer for billing and delivery.

By submitting the order to Fluidine S.r.l., the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the instructions provided during the purchase procedure and to accept the general terms and conditions of sale.
